My Airtel Number :- 9987384607, I Feel Airtel Customer Service is Terrible, They Keep You On Hold For More Then 3 Minutes, Terrible Experience anyways Even after Speaking to the Airtel Tech Politely, Understanding that he is Just a Human and Can Make Error, but still they are not ready to help and resolve the issue. My Issue:- I was Charged twice on every Msg that i sent (1Rs) Even Though the characters were Less than 160 Characters (Technically Should be More than 160 Characters to be charged twice for a MSG). They Said They will Check and call back, But No Calls Yet it has been Two Weeks, today when i call them they put me on hold for 30 Minutes, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT, Yes and i have Proof. I Recorded this Call . in Frustration i Disconnected the call.

I need to Know What Can Be Done, I Am Robbed 1 Rs Extra on Every Msg that i sent. I Really Dont mind the Extra 1 Rs, but i am just Imagining how many Customers they Might be Doing this With thus i have Registered to Complain.
