Airtel telecom services told me a postpaid plan that does not exist. After they converted my number i told them that their representative provided me with wrong information. They said that they cannot help it. When i said that i will complain about this in consumer forum they took some action and are ready to convert my number back to prepaid but are asking me to clear the balance amount. I am ready to pay the balance but the amount is exceeding as to what i have used. They are not even provinding me with the details of my bill. So please take an action about their fraudulent activity.
