I have a prepaid idea number from PUNE. I am now on roaming in Meerut. My outgoing calls are blockedfor the last 3 days. I have a balance of Rs 800/-. I have called your CC at Maharashtra a number of times, but of no qvail. Please take immediate action and restore th services.

Pl unblock the mobile no so as to enable me to utalise the mob services.
I have also put the effected SIM in another instument, but the problem is the same.
