Firstly, they deactivated my sim for some lame reason
secondly, if you are airtel subscriber be ready to get your balance deducted for no reason and if you honestly recharge then you will not be able to use it.
thirdly, if you recharge from there main website for any of their services your balance will be deducted but your airtel account will not be credited.
add to that there illiterate airtel relationship centres who dont know about the products there company offers.
Airtel is not the company it used to be, seriously pissed of with you.
