A week ago i purchased a new Airtel connection "8861513272". Yesterday and today i got two shocking messages one after another;
1. Thank you for choosing Astro on demand service. (Deducted Rs. 30)
2. Thank you for choosing Airtel Radio. (Deducted Rs. 30)
What the heck is this, i am being charged for services I have not used or ever subscribed?
When i called Airtel Customer Care executive, he transferred the call to his Supervisor (A lady with rude attitude) after a long wait. And after a long conversation about the issue, finally i got this answer;
" These services have been activated by the IVR automatic computer system, and we can't do anything in this regard, and disconnected the call. "
I never expected such nonsense response at least from a customer care executive. Why i'll pay for the service i don't want? And also now a days Airtel charging for the call if you want their support. Hell i never saw such a stupid way of money making.
Adding my Complaint No: CBDAS20604150560 Dated : 4th June Time : 19:25 In case any Airtel executive thinking to take action against this issue after reading this post.
Beware of Airtel!!!
