I have purchased a 3G sim of airtel for IPad, the amount which is charged is 675 advance of one month plan 100 sim charge 500 activation fee. And we get to know that there is no rule to charge advance and sim charge. I have purchased the sim on 26 march. No communication is done about this till date to refund, also no action is taken by airtel till date against the franchise. Now we (I and my friend who is also suffered from same case) both are looking to go in consumer court.
