Transfer balance to new account

Hi,

I am having an postpaid airtel connection which was having a balance of Rs 2500 in my account. I requested for a change of my plan with Airtel in May'2012. The plan was converted but the amount was not transferred to the new account. I requested for the account transfer thrice, on 8th June, 15th June and 22nd June, where I was told that the amount will be transferred to the new account within 24 hours, but all in vain. Airtel is raising penalty charges against me instead to deducing the amount from the balance available.

I am actually fed-up with this connection and planning to move to other operators. Kindly take appropriate actions against it.
