Regarding Split of my Airtel Digital TV connection

Hi,

I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID (3010013861)

When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.

So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.

After repeated calls and mails and after 15 days of my request, they messaged me new ID:3010707951.

But they didn't activate it and when i call them they ask me to topup Rs 100 to activate it.

I did it immediately but they still they didn't activate it.

Still my connections are running with single customer ID.

I have called and begged customer care to resolve it several times but no use and they always say same dialogue "It will be done in 24 hours".

I fed up and i don't know what to do?

Please resolve this issue. If they can't do it, refund my money back immediately.
