Not responding the request by the company about deducting the balance of free minutes

Dear sir,

Sir i have take easy recharge of Rs 149 on my cell phone no 08979441721 on dated 21 may around 2:35pm, in this coupan company gived me 42000 airtel to airtel minute and 18000 airtel to others minute, but suddenly on dated 28 may at evening my airtel to airtel remaining minutes became zero, and when i make call to the the customer care executive, then customer care executive says that i have used the whole free minutes while i did't use it,

After that conversation when i try to contact the customer care executive, there is no option to speak customer care executive when i make the calls from

Other airtel no thers is option to speak the customer care executive, the executives are not responding me, even sometimes they speak please hold while we connect you to the sinear officer, after says like this they hold my phone for till 30 minutes somtimes they disconnect,

Sir i m very sad from the behaviour of the company, pls do something for my complaint
