Due to expensive call rate plan of airtel i tried to do MNP and i sent a message then in response i got port id but on the very next day (Friday, 25/11), i received a call from MNP department of airtel and their customer care executive offers me a new plan on my number and i like that . customer care executive told me to do a cancel message and that plan will be activated within 48 hours but it didnt happen then i again to c.c and again they give me one more day to wait but at last nothing activated and i received a message that my complain is resolved. because of them i am 5 days late in doing portability my number. They are activating these kind of plans very hardly and generally makes fake commitment with customer so b careful everyone... and my contact number is 8800681354..
