I called to airtel customer care around 12:10 am on 11-2-11, the problem was i hv to wait for half an hour to speak to a technical representative... They took half an ur to respond me saying that they were busy un attending calls... They mean to say that they are more busy in night than day... And after responding me his attitude was very bold...
