Airtel boasts itself as of the best service provider In India. But it lacks in some basic things.
1. Why are you barring calls saying proper documentation is not receive. In the first case why are you providing the sim without verifying the documents.
2. If your dealer is not submitting the documents to you, is that a customers problem. In that case why are you appointing dealers who are idiots.
3. Please train your customer relationship team properly before they are given the work of dealing with the customers. Teach the some basic things of dealing with the customers.
4. Spend money in improving the service you provide to the customers, that gets you more customers. Not advertisements.
5. You are such a big company. Why can't you provide the online way of uploading documents.
