Printed bill not being supplied

Every couple of months Airtel automatically discontinues sending bill of one of our landline connections (011-41633151). For all other numbers connected at our address this problem does not happen. I had complained a couple of months back and they sent me paper printout bill. But, again they have sent their bill by email, that anyway does not open. I HAVE NEVER opted for the email version only. Please get it sorted out at the earliest or I would like to disconnect my phone.
