I completely agree. I lost 200Rs today (july 24) because of friends chat. I called to 198 complaint number but they tried to avoid my complaint saying that they would forward this complaint to some higher authority. I wanted refund for this cheating. All those fake sms told me call to some number with girl's name. None of them were real. My number 9789870884
