I am really sorry to say but AIRTEL Customer Care Service is really Worst. Airtel is Unable to resolve the query in given time of 4 days.and after that also they are not ready to resolve complaint after 15 days from complaint launched.

I am using airtel Campus sim card. When my cards validity was supposed to end on 3rd OCTOBER.I did call Airtel Customer Care to Confirm regarding validity recharge for same previous scheme to continue with my number. Customer Care Executive Gave me WRONG INFORMATION regarding recharge i.e. Instead of 96 she told me to recharge of 41.WHICH CONVERTED MY CAMPUS PLAN OF 10 PAISE / MIN to 1RS / MIN.
Thats really irritating and AIRTEL IS STILL NOT GIVING ME MY OLD PLAN BACK. CCE are DISCONNECTING MY CALLS..
IF THIS COMPLAINTS ARE REALLY OBSERVED BY ANY PERSON OR COMPANY PERSON... PLEASE TAKE FOLLOWUP OF IT AND PLEASE HELP ME IN RESOLVING MY QUERY.
