I am Mukesh Kumar Singh my mobile no. is 9805201514, I have recharged with Internet pack of 98, then also airtel is contineously deducting 30 paise for each browse since last two month and they have also deducted 60 Rs. for downland even when i have 2GB free download. On complaining to customer care they are again and again giving a complain number but not any action was taken since last two month. And today 12/12/10 when I have called customer care for feedback they have kept my call on hold twice for about 4min each call chargeable at 50 paise / 3min without any call get attended.

I don, t expect such thing from such a big and reputated service provider, even when I am contineous customer of Airtel even it is costlier than others because previously its services are better than others and also it has not cut hidden charges earlier. It realy hurts me and almost finished my trust from Airtel. Because I don, t think that even such a small amounts will not any great profit to them but it is loosing it, s trust from its long time customers for which they were investing crores on celebritys for add.
