Hello tune automaticaly activated

My hello tune is automatically activated by airtel on dated 04/07 at 01:50:24pm... firstly a ivr call comes and asked for hello tune but i cut the call without pressing any desired no.

after sometime they will charge Rs30 rentel and Rs 15 for downloding. soon i call costomer care but they bared my call. so plz return my money as soon as possible...
