After ERecharge (prepaid) the amount not added to balance

Dear sir,

I have an airtel prepaid connection with mobile no - 919840511521. I did an ERecharge for Rs345/- on 09/02 at08:17 pm, from an airtel outlet at nanganallur. Immediately RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL message with TRANS ID 1196455245 came from airtel centre. After some time (15 minutes later).when Ichecked the balance this amount was not added to my balance. Immediately I contacted the airtel agent who told me to contact the customer care executive. So for 3 times I have contacted him but nosatisfactory reply has been given to me. On 16/02, I PERSONALLY went to the customer care centre at Chromepet &explained my problem, they were not at all helpful and they were simply passing the bugs.

I there fore request you to kindly help me to resolve this problem.
