Service automatically activated & renewed

This service has been automatically activated & renewed by Bharati Airtel without my confirmation or without anything done by me. Also they have deducted Rs./- 10 (That I know of so far) from my balance.

I want to deactivate this service right now, my mobile no. is 9561500521

I have seen similar complains on different forums, how come you have not done anything about this?

Please take some action immediately and refund all my amount deducted so far pertaining to this service.
