I MPNed from Vodafone to Airtel 2.5 months back and my connection has been active since then. But yesterday (9-aug), i received a message stating my services will be deactivated if i do not submit the prepaid enrollment form. I contacted 121 and was told that my dealer may have not submitted the docs and thats the reason airtel is asking for the same. When i contacted my dealer, he informed me that the maximum time Airtel would allow a connection to be activated without docs is 48 hours (78 hours if theres a sunday in between). If the documents have not been submitted, how come the line has been active since last 2.5 months?
Now coming to Airtel, i would need a satisfactory answer regarding this. Where are my documents? Have they been misplaced? If yes, why?
