AIRTEL LANDLINE BROADBAND
Excess charges not reverses

In the bill dated 9 Nov (Bill number 689098005) I noticed an added charge

of 85 Rs referred to as DSL usage charge. Called customer care and spoke to

Ankur he said that this amount will be reversed in the next bill. (Complaint

ticket no 168571758)

Did not receive the bill next month. On confirming with customer care exec

Anurag came to know that the DSL charge was not reversed and the same was added

in the bill for that month. (Complaint ticket no 175007609). He said that I

could pay the bill by deducting the DSL charge for this month and the previous

month that is Rs 170 . Hence I paid Rs 1127 (after deducting Rs 170 from Rs

1297)

In the bill dated 10 Jan (Bill number 691103998) was slapped with a late

fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of Rs 170 in the previous month bill. Was told by your customer care exec Deepak (complaint

ticket no 13026745) to pay Rs 50 less and not to pay Rs 170 in the current

payment.

In the bill dated feb the charge of Rs 170 is still not reversed plus Rs 50 have been charged for not paying the full bill last time.

I have been complaining in Airtel for past 5 months. The airtel customer care executives have told me that this charge of Rs 170 has been reversed. Then every month I am being slapped with late fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of complete bill.
