Landline not activated

Dear Sir,

Here we have to state that inspite of having paid all payment, our landline connection has not been activated and no instrument has been provided to us. we have registered so many complaints on customer care through phones and online. The number which was issued to us, had been given to somebody else and we are asked to give some other number. But Still that number is also not activated and no instrument has been provided. We are facing a lot of problem since we have made all the payment on 5th Aug '10. we are very much frustrated with your poor service. kindly do the needful and solve our problem.
