Dear SirMadam,

Complaint Against Non Service-01204193743-49

have booked a connection for the name of People Power India Pvt LTd on 05th November. Through your Vendor in Ghaziabad Staar Telelmedia Services, Company Executive Mr. Manish (9910891423) Comes at my premises and take cheque of Rs. 4000/- for New 8-connection in advance as per AIrtel Policy. with EpbAX connection and 16 lines on Desk with Free Installation. and told me Maximum 1000 Rs. Exp as internal Wiring already done in my office. But after long time and long waitup No body turnup and confirm me about connection status. Company executive also not picked my phone.

On 7th Dec one of the executive from STARR comes and fix Epbax and assure me Airtel will fix line within one or two days. I told him to complete internal wiring as when connection start we will use them from ist day. but they refuse and assure me we will done it in same day when airtel connection will start. After a wait of 10 days airtel start connection on 16th of December and his executive told me to tell call center that my phone are working Ok. I refuse to say ok and also my First Call with Cutomer Executive I refuse and told them that work is not done. After this he talked with his team leader Mr. Sunil 09971007659 and Mr. Sunil assure me that your work will be done by next day. On his assurance I have talked with Customer Care executive and told him Ok my phone lines are working fine. After 3 days no body turn up in my premises. then I make a call to Mr. Sunil he also made my con call with Mr. Manish in STARR both assure me my work will be done in next day. After Two days Mr. Vinay Sharma # 9266676010 comes in my office and told me your Internal lines are faulty you have to change this and told me 4 bundells of Cables for this which cost is approx 5 k accrording to me. In my office to senction amount more then 1K we have to take permision to higher authorties. I told him ok i will take the Permision from higher Authorities and told you to come back again. He assure me sir when you call me I will arrange my guy between 2 hours. On 27th Dec I have called him and told him to send your executive, Mr. Vinay Sharma assure me that today person is not available but he will reach in your premises by tomorrow at any cost. But from 27th to 30th Dec no body comes in my office as well as not picking my phone either by Mr. Vinay Sharma or Mr. Sunil. After this I have make a call from Landline then Mr. Vinay sharma then he pick the phone and refuse to complete task as month end.

I request you, kindly see my problem and confirm me why I pay Landline Bills which are fixed in one placewhich are useless for me.

I will not pay any rent which service i have not used and want also want compensation for my business loss as i already remove my existing BSNL lines and Airtel lines are not working.

If Airtel is unable to provide service, you can also close my connections.

* This is mail which i have sent to [email protected] on 30/12. After this I have not received any response from them, I have sent the same mail to nodal officer on 7th Jan- No Response received yet. on 21/01 i have sent the same complaint to Appellate but no reply received yet.
