On 11/12 informed Customer Care Center of Airtel that my land line (0452 435 5502) is not working properly and Broadband connection is not functioning. On 12th their Service Engineer visited our Flat. On finding heavy noise disturbance in Handset, he spoke to their Area Voice Supervisor. Voice Supervisor came next day and informed that Cable from their Junction Box to our Instrument has low " Copper Value" and they have to change the Cable. As we are living in a 2nd Floor, he said that they cannot change the Cable in the existing Concealed wiring, but will lay a new open wiring. Since I wantred to discuss the routing of the Cable I asked him to advise their Electrician to visit our Flat @ 7.30 pm when I will be home. He agreed for this but nobody turned up.

On 14th we received a Mobile Communication from AIRTEL that subject complaint was resolved.

I spoke to their Customer Care Center Man on 18th and enquirred how they can inform that the said complaint is resolved, when it remains unattended. He replied that it was done by local people and gave me another Compaint Number.

Again their personnel visited our Flat on 19th and repeated everything and assured that their Electrician will be calling at my Flat on the same day to discuss routing of open wiring. But nobody called so far and the Land Line and Broadband continues to remain dead.
