I transfer my mobile service provider against Mobile No. 9837394306 from Idea Cellular Ltd
to Airtel Ltd on 29th April through Airtel Franchise office Chandra Charya Chowk
Haridwar. On getting the SMS from Airtel on 6th May, I deposited Rs.99/-(Life Time)
and Rs.200/- towards pre-paid charge coupon.
It is regretted that depsite repeated requests and visit to Haridwar franchise office
I am unable to receive and make calls from my mobile number. I have also received
the following email 3days back but no action till date.
Please assist me in the matter.
