Wrong Deduction of Balance from my Prepaid Mobile Phone

Dear Sir/Madam

I had a Balance of Rs 582 on 02nd August till evening

However since last 2 Days i.e on 3rd August and 4th August the total amount has been wrongly deducted and the balnce has been made 0.13 (Thirteen paisa)

The Balance has been deducted and is being said that "Thanking for downloading... from Airtel, you have been charged Rs %_/-)

In this way an amount of Rs 99, 50/-10, 15, 20 and many such amounts has been deducted and balance has been reducted to 0.13 paisa.

I made a Complaint with the Customer Care and still no action has been taken.

Again on 04th August i have recharged for Rs 222/- at around 6.00 Pm and then with in 1hour the total amount has been deducted and the balance at 7:15 Pm shows Rs 4.00. (I.e around 220 is deducted within 1 hour time)

I again made a complaint to customer care, however it has been of no use. They say they will get back and forward the Complaint to Technical Team.

I have lost almost Rs 800/- without using any services. The Further lost lost of time contacting your customer Care executive.

Further as my balance has been made low, i am not able to make any calls. I am also not able to recharge because the amount will get deducted agains.

I request you to take necessary action at the earliest.
