Passive services & poor technical support

I use airtel india prepaid mobile services for last two months..and i was a GPRS service user.i used it by activating Rs-98/- plan for 2 GB/month.this offer was over on 13/march.again i recharged to activate this plan with Rs-98 on 15/march and RS-60 for main balance.but while i am trying to connect internet it is telling that service is not available. i called to customer service he told it will become right and he sent settings i saved but same repeated (service not available).since i tried to call service center but i failed to get them... and they cut my Rs-45 for hallo tune i never activated it deliberately but it is ok bcoz its my fate...

but now i can get any service to call call center they are telling to call *211# but it is not enough for me... i want to get service because it is my right i payed the money.

either tell me to avoid airtel connection or get me deserved service.sent me GPRS settings.

i use NOKIA X2-01 mobile and my number is 8521679726.
