Changed internet plan without my request

Airtel changed my internet plan from 100Rs (200MG 3G Usage) to zero rental plan without my request!

Due to this, they are showing my internet usage or Rs. 3000/- and Airtel have stopped my outgoing calls and internet services!

I called Airtel 5 times, but no one gave me satisfactory reply and they dropped the call every time!

I lost almost 4-5 hours in calling to Airtel and my business emails are also not working due to services are barred!
