Without my confirmation, Frequently plan chaging

I have been using Airtel prepaid (Number: 9008492615) for more than 5years and every month i usually recharge 333.00. last one and half year i almost lost my hope for Airtel, worst think is customer care - since i wait around 5 to 10min to connect the executives and they will put a hold the line and suddenly disconnect the line, Worst custom care.

Last six month they have changed around three time of my plan (Detecting the amount like anything), six month back i decide to quite the Airtel and decide to move to Vodaphone for that i have submitted the document to Vodaphone but result is zero (Airtel not yet providing the approval of changing the network provider).
