Wrong deduction from prepaid connection

I have a prepaid mobile connection of Airtel. My no. Is 9662304631. I m being charged unnecessarily for Internet services which I have never done. I made a number of complaints and was told that since GPRS is on I m being charged. To which I stated that please disable my GPRS. I was told that this service once discontinued will be for ever. Accordingly I was categorically told that GPRS services have been discontinued and no charges will be levied. But I m really helpless as the charges are still being levied. I think to keep their operating cost low, the company is hiring some half-baked stuff who come for pocket money as has been the trend in the State of Gujarat. I m sure the same must be true for other states. There is absolutely no seriousness on the part of these fellows and the consumer suffers as u hardly find any redressal for your complaints. Most surprising with a customer base of 120 million, how can a cash rich company like Airtel afford to be so callous.
