Internet bill charge even on activation of 2GB Internet plan

Hello,

Myself Umesh Bari, My Airtel Postpaid Mobile no. is 9766614073,

On 4 th Aug I have activated 2GB internet pack by sending SMS AGPRS98 to 51619, in return of which I got sms with reference ID for AGPRS98: 33737114.

After that My bill for 8 days was Rs.784/- against which I asked waiver of Rs.500/- (Internet charge) from Airtel which they also agreed & pass on to me.

But in Bill duration 12th Aug to 11 Sept they are not agrreing any waiver & have stopped my outgoing service for not paying total bill of Rs.3666/- . In between bill period once I hvae done trial & error & just sent sms of AGPRS98 on same 51619 on date 22nd Aug against which again I received sms with reference ID for AGPRS98 : 34009838.

Now I Airtel is not agreeing on Activation made on 4th Aug & even after a chain of mails to Airtel I am not getting an appropriate response & struggle to contact Airtel as they have barred my outgoing & also barred my number from Complaint Helpine 121 & 198 from date of bill which is 12 th Aug.

Kindly intervein in to the matter and solve my problem.
