I am trying vigorously to stop hello tunes charged to me on my airtel prepaid mobile. I have tried by way of return reply to SMS, voice recording message, fax, on telephone, online, but can't succeed. Despite this, again I have received SMS message stating that thank you for using hello tunes. I can't understanding, why Airtel not accepting such requests which I am not interested in. On the contrary, they are charging me for the services which are not useful to me. My mistake is, by mistake, one key has been pressed unknowingly from me which resulted in deducting the unnecessary charges by airtel mobile.
I reiterate to stop immediately the hello tunes and not to charge any amount of money on this account to me.
