On 24 Dec the balance of my Mobile Number 9000206950 was Rs.21.69 but when I tried to call it was showing balance Rs.0.69, when I enquired about the balance to Customer Care Executive he told that internet was used and message was sent, I told him that I am not using Internet since long one year and I did not send any message then call was disconnecte, I tried several times to contact Customer Care Executive but not succeded, Lastly I send message to Airtel customer care and they told me to wait till 27 Dec and your amonunt will be credited but so far amont is not credited the Reference Number is

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to refund my Rs.21.00 .
