Money deduction with out prior consent
I did not request to Airte for any service but Airtel sent me a sms on 10/06 at 11.41.20 Am regarding hello tune service and after few second Airtel send a messages regarding hallo tunes service charge Rs.60/- for 90 days activation and then money is getting deduced from account. While calling to the customer service either they are disconnecting the number or not attending. My mobile number is 9755437767. I feel very bad to see such a irresponsible behavior from airtel and I am sure that if they could do this to me they can cheat thousands of poor and illiterate people in India...
