My mobile number is 9867262730 (Airtel number). This sim card I had taken in the year 2006 where Airtel has given scheme for Government Servant i.e.
Airtel to Airtel 10 paise/minute and Airtel to other serive provide 30 paise/minute and Airtel to Landline 1 Rupee/ minute. But from September they started charging 1 rupee per day. I enquired with their executive, I came to know that their company has decided to do so. They didn't tell the customer about their cunning policy.
Airtel is providing the worst service. Their Customer Care Executive is also not responding well. Now-a days airtel is using new policy to raise their income. Without our request they are activating different packages on my mobile and they are charging for the same. I had told them so many times that I don't want any packages. but they least concerned about my request. I had their messages in which they have stopped the packages but after a gap of one or two months they again to their dirty jobs.
We have to take strong action against such service provider.
