Unethical business by Airtel - Improper charges charged

Hi

I have airtel prepaid connection (9900744800). This is regarding Rs.99.00 charged incorrectly to my account from Airtel. Airtel people says that browsing Airtelword is free and if anything is downloaded then only charges will apply.

But when I was browsing airtel world on 6 Apr I saw the the tab midnight mates and i clicked on that. There was no any mention that it is a chargable service. But suddenly Rs.99.00 deducted from my balance even though I have not downloaded anything. I got a message that it is a subscription charges which is not mentioned anywhere on that icon.

This is not the first time it is happening to me. Earlier I was postpaid customer of Airtel and during that period 3-4 times same thing happened to me. I came to know this kind of FRAUDs only when i got the bills next month. To have check on charges I migrated to prepaid and still it is continued.

These kind of FRAUDs should be stopped. I request you to take necessary actions on Airtel management.
