Dear Sir / Madam:
I have three mobile connections with Bharti Airtel (9741354550, 9741354551 and 9741354552) and the servicd stinks to say the least. It stinks so much that it worse than rotting garbage. I have made so many complaints and all I get is the same cliched message. That they care about customers and will leave no stone unturned to solve the issues. But, at the end of the day, it is business as usual. I am sure a lot many like me have had the same experience as me. We are waiting for the day when mobile portability will be introduced. Then it will be a good bye or should it be a bad bye to this lousy enterprise. I fervently hope that the organisation shuts shop and disappears from the horizon.
