From past six months i am facing the problem of wrong deduction of my balance and this fraud by airtel has taken hundreds and thousands of bucks from my account.
After complaining here and there now, i am seeking a ray of hope in this site.
The actual problem is:
Airtel sends me a SMS saying that i have downloaded java games from it and deducts 30rs from my account and this is quite often say about 3 times in a month and when i complain this to airtel no airtel customer care executive responses properly then finally i wrote about this in consumer complaints site
By seeing the complaint one officer from Airtel named MANOJ and his number is 9717894317 had called me and said he'll rectify in couple of days, no response from him and on 3rd day again my balance deducted and i called him and inquired about the revert of my money for that he directly said that i have done that purposely and started arguing with me the moment i said why should i do it purposely and complaint for the same WHEN I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL FROM PAST 6YEARS. But, it was no use. This happened on 8th March
Half an hour later again my balance deducted and i saw this time RUPEES 100 gone, simultaneously my money was simply being deducted again and again and kept on deducting after disconnecting the call of MANOJ from AIRTEL. Then i clearly understood that this is a cheapest fraud and trick they play on the poor customer like me.
I HAD 200RS ON THE SAME DAY AND NOW ONLY 4RS LEFT. ALL CHEAP FILTHY FRAUDS.
SHOULD BE LEFT LIKE THIS?
I WILL KEEP THIS WRITING AND TAKE TO SUPREME COURT AS YOU HAVE TAKE OUT MY EXTREME FRUSTRATION.
