Sir,
Im trying to speak to the customer care executive of Bharti Airtel for my subscribed post paid airtel connection (Mobile No. 919981177227).
After dialing 121, as soon as i press the option 9 for speaking to the cumstomer care executive the call get disconnected.
This is happening since last 2 month.
I d already made complain with Bharti Airtel Customer care from another airtel connection. But till date thier is no response from their side also the problem remain unsolved. With this i face lot of problem for changing my plan/ activating deactivating any value added services they offer.
Whenever i somehow manage to contact with the customer care, theie reply is always the same - "We will soon resolve your problem". When will this soon time come.
So please kindly help me to get better services from the service provide
