Unsuccessful mchek transaction RS.333/- from airtel website

I had recharged with amount Rs.333/- (Full Talktime) from airtel website "https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp" on 29th May. The recharge was not successful and i didn't receive the refund on my credit card till date (i.e 4th July.). Airtel customer care provided me in incomplete details and misleaded me by telling me to go to customer center which also didn't help me. I then mailed to airtel nodal officer which contacted me on 18th June and asked me for my credit card statement till 16th June to be mailed at [email protected]" and told that he will contact me in 2 - 3 days. Till date (i.e 4th July.) I have not received any call from them and when i try to call back on the number (i.e 918800098346) from which the nodal officer had called, nobody answers it.

I kindly request you to please solve my issue and help me. I have already gone through a lost of stress and mental agony. To top this all airtel starts any service without any confirmation and keeps deducting the balance when contacted customer care, they tell that I have only started the service using their wap services.
