Incompetent customervice

Re: My mobile No. 9004115869 - 3G settings. Have subscribed to their GPRS, MMS, MO services but unable to access. Whe I go to their Customer Service Gallery at Goregaon West, the person handling it tinkers with some settings and after wasting an hour he tells me it will be operation after one hour... but nothing happens. This has been going on for several times. When I try to the Browser on mobile most of the time it does not load... with remarks connection failed.

All their publicity is useless hype.
