I have got my message recharge done on 1feb but from 3feb around 6pm, they had started charging me for the messages, when i called the custcare;they told me that this problem would be rectified by 4feb 1:40pm and the amount which has been deducted from my account will be refunded within 24 hrs. Today (i.e., 4feb) i got a call from airtel at 3:55pm that my problem has been solved but the deducted amount will not be refunded.
Why is my money not being refunded, why would i suffer for their mistake, when i got the recharge done for messages, they are not supossed to charge me for that, Rs12 is being deducted from my account. Please look into this matter and help me with the same.
