I am from bangalore. my mobile no. is 9686053005. having airtel postpaid connection. recently i got into an network problem in my area. i called the customer care more than 5 times. but they give promises every time it wil be resolved but it was not resolved for more than a 1 month. most of the time there were no signal or extremely low signal which goes when i try to make any calls... i am fed with the customer care and i planned to move some other network which is good in my area... but i came across lot of hurdles with this airtel network since i bought this sim. i wanted to make it strong by posting in this forum. i am sure airtel cannot be good and i learnt thro my experience with it.
