Outgoing calls barred

Hi,

One week back (I think 24th August) I took Air tel post paid SIM (9845050980) A2GSM service pack. While taking the SIM, I informed the Cunningham Road Air tel customer care center that they have to do ID & Address verification before 2nd September as I had planned going home for 10 days till 11 or 12th September & submitted all the necessary documents for post paid connection.

So they said OK for everything since they were in hurry to sell the SIM rather serving the customer. After 3 days of connection (I think 27th August) they barred out going connection stating some address verification issue. Since I was there only in my office & bombarded the Cunningham Road customer care so they started my outgoing calls some how.

On 1st September some guy came to my home & did address verification & went to my office for ID verification & completed the process. (I don't know whether he updated in their system or not)

Now (2nd September) I am in home town Belgaum, they barred my outgoing calls & SMS. When I called customer care there some standard answers like issue will be solved within 24 hrs & blah blah...

I wrote 3/4 mails to [email protected] stating my issue, no proper response from concerned persons.

Finally after trying for 5-6 hours of talking & writing mails, I decided cancel my connection itself & move out of Air tel.

But who is the responsible for my frustration & loss of time during this?
