IAM THE BRANCH MANAGER OF SBI ADB RAJAMPET .THE BARNCH HAS PROVIDED OFFICIAL PHONE.WITH OUT PROPER INTIMATION THE CELL PHONE 9908524458.WHICH IS OFFICILA MADE IN ACTIVE. I contacted customer care over phone after making severalattempts to various
1numbers under their directuins and was informed that the organistauon has not submitted
id & address proof.as a branch manager i ll be getting minimun 50 -100 calls from my higher ups & customers ewhich are valuble and financila decisiion making ends. The organistion by getting a simple lettter will provide and meet requirements of AIRTEL OR TRAI.
But the response from air tel customer care is very poor. They no values and value to customer and their needs. It is shame on part of airtel. They say they have sent a message, which did not appear in my phone and strictly stick on to their requirement. We from SBI
SUBSRIBED THOUSANDS OF AIRTEL SUBSCRIPTIONS.tHE ORGANISATION WILL NOT LOOSE ITE IDENITY OR RUNAWAY.
THE AMOUMT OF TIME IAM LOST WITHH THIS INCONVENIENCE IS HUGE.
WHEN I SUGGESTED ATLEAST PROVIDING INCOMING CLLS, THEIR RESPONSE IS POOR AND SHAMEFUL.HABING PAID FULL AMOUNT AND REGULAR CUSTOMER, THE TREATMENT & SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS.I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR BEING HAVING AIR TEL .
IF MY MY PHONE WAS IN THE NAME OF PERSONAL NAME .I WOULD HAVE MOVED TO OTHER NET WORK OR SIMLY THROW THE AIR TELSIM IN TODUST BIN.
