Recently I had a worst experience with your Airtel customer representatives.

I need clarification on my last bill, for this I am calling continuously from last 10-12 days to Customer care, none of the people are responding properly. Every time I call they said `Our manager will call you within 4 hrs' and each time they tell the same thing in spite of calling continuously from last 10 days.

Even some representative don¿t have knowledge how open the bill and answer the queries and many time asked then to register a complaint then they said they cannot register a complaint and every time they told `Our manager will call you within 4 hrs¿ but till now no one called.

Being Airtel a wide and popular company I am not expecting these kind of behavior.

Every time I write a mail I'll get a acknowledgment mail saying that my issue will be solved within 24 hrs but no results I think I sent more than 5-6 mails from last one week
