My earlier mobile number was 9945951846 post paid. Before going out of india, i put my number in safe custody mode for three months. I paid all the outstanding amout before leaving as asked by airtel. When i came back i was shocked to see that airtel has generated bills for all three months. When i gave complaints my times now they are saying it was their mistake not to update that time. But they are asking me to pay the bill if i want to continue with the same number and they will waver the rental for next three months from my bills. But without gaurantee. When contacted airtel outlet their executive itself advised not to pay the bills because there is not gaurantee to waver.
Now i took the new post paid 9740049944. First i was told it will be activated in 4 hours but it took almost 48 hours to get activated. And now they have disconnected it even though i submited the required document yesterday. After contacting airtel they are asking me to go and contact the airtel outlet where i gave the documents.
It is like a hell. Airtel service is worst now.
