Adjustment of one time charges

Dear Sir,

Airtel agents was provide atleast 20 sim to our various staff at the RPS SAVANA site (Faridabad) My no is- 9560197623, and he told about the plan that we have to pay 299/- (minimum)/ per months. but he doesnt confirm me for one time activation charges which is 453/-. if agent told about this activation charges at the time of connection, i refused to take the connection that time. airtel agents flirted with us. After the generation of my first bill i call the customer care for this charges then he told that i have to pay this charges anyway, i also told him to please de activate my number if you are not able to adjust one time charges, then reply came from customer care that not de activate the connection, do what ever you wants.

so i am requesting that i will not able to pay this one time charges. & i am not using thabove connection from 23 dec. & i hope that you will help me.
