I have one moBille N. 9893328716 and add on Number 998151206 in the name of Aruna Das. and we are asking to your Customer care and Franchise who is collecting money against Billls since last four months to convert my number in prepaid scheme but they are not responding and also i had informed to customer care that if you are not able to convert into prepaid please stop my number. But i regret to inform you that they are sending Billls every month and i am not paying the Billl and out going stopped by company and Billl is issuing.
I am requesting to forum if Company converted from prepaid to Postpaid at Rewa and now if i want to converted into postpaid to prepaid they are saying you go to my office at Jabalpur and Jabalpur is about 300 KMs away from Rewa and we are not in a position to go to Jabalpur.
I request you to why they are increasing the Bill and no complaint lodged by customer care for this issue.
please advise.
