Hi,
2 yrs back i had bought a sim on my daughters name and the phone got stolen so we went to the airtel office and asked them to block the number,
then we got our bill and were asked to pay which amouted to 3250, for which the payment was done at the Richmond road airtel outlet and currently after 2 yrs they have called and asked us to pay the bill as it is due,
Currently the Airtel office at Richmond Road has been removed and the receipt details are no longer with us, how come after 2 yrs do u expect us to keep a receipt and from then on my daughters other postpaid connection which she has been using since 3 yrs has been discconnected, where as we have also been paying all our bills,
the company should have the records as or when they are closing the outlets how can they say that we have not paid and why has'nt the company contacted after 6 months or even after 2 or 3 months if we had not made the payments,
why are they contacting after 2 yrs to make the bill payment,
would like to make sure the mental torture and harrasment that my daughter and me are undergoing, is not done to other customers hence forth
